怎样才能让我的英文进步神速？

已经学了那么多年的英文，还是没有感觉到我进步得很快。
一直停在原地。。。没有把grammar学好是我最大的缺点。

很多人说 学习语言是没有捷径的。
must learn step by step,
from basic to higher level.
there is no short cut exists...
so,
what can i do now is just work harder and harder than before.
